About John Kold

John has over twenty years of technical skills and experience in the IT industry, with emphasis on infrastructure, operating systems, TCP/IP networking, virtualization and data protection. This also includes heterogeneous environments such as Windows, Linux, and Mac OS X. Experience with server operations, user administration, network monitoring, and troubleshooting of virtual environments.  He has expert troubleshooting abilities and expertise in managing Windows desktops and servers.  Very well versed on TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, SNMP, SMTP, RDP, HTTP protocols.  Experience in supporting and managing network equipment and virtual machine technology.
